Our ProvidersThese companies have taken a fair amount of abuse over the years, run into their fair share of problems, and there's really no way to put a price on all the effort that goes into keeping a server up. And yet they still manage to provide a high degree of uptime, keep the server safe, and provide excellent support. Some people even donated above and beyond what standard paid hosting would cost - really showing how much they value this service, and pushing us through plenty of tough times. There have been so many donors and they've helped so much, we've given them their very own page of our site: Our sThis service simply wouldn't exist if it hadn't have been for all the faith and trust that so many people have placed in it. Talk about loyal, the entire service once went down for over two weeks (situation out of our control) and not only did the vast majority of our core clients stay, they worked to help clean up the mess. And don't get me started on the feedback we receive daily! I often am so focussed on making this service the best, looking to see how we can provide what absolutely everyone here needs, or just cleaning up some situation, I forget how good it already is. I can't tell you how many times the live feedback page has really helped to put things in perspective. Our CommunityThe best part about our clients is their willingness to help one another. We probably have a collection here or the most generous and helpful people you'll find anywhere. The extra effort to make quality posts, even answer the dumb questions, avoid the obvious criticism, and just reach out to one another, really shows in this community. People Smarter Than UsIt's amazing to think how many mistakes get made, features broken, typos, oversights, vulnerabilities, etc... happen every day. And it's so so easy to silently shake your head when you come across one, or even exploit something for your own gain. Thankfully, so many clients and just regular visitors have taken the time to report these problems so they can get fixed quickly. I can't imagine how many problems would be unfixed without their valuable contribution. Our VolunteersLast, but certainly not least is the many hours that so many people have taken to help this service. A service this large is really impossible to keep running alone, let alone grow. Brendan McNiff (CobraStrike) - Many many sleepless nights getting our forums working. And he even finds some time to manage it. He's also just very helpful to talk to sometimes. John Stimac (Jcubed) - First off, for the idea of this page. Second, for all his help in creating our finalized coding standards, and finally if not for his help it would be impossible to create a site or advertising box on 4.0. Nick Liu (Deltik) - Thanks to his system, our WHM panels are completely safe. The password changes before and ater every single session, which all need to be approved by an administrator! So nobody ever has the latest password unless they are supposed to be using it. Nick Broadhead (NickoCp) - For finding just about every little bug and making sure they all got fixed and really helping to ensure this project was a big success. Kris, Stefan, Nick, and Imtiaz for helping our clients to keep their sanity during our transition to 4.0. Our Old Support Staff for still manning the support email and forwarding me issues that I need to help with. This is a huge list. So many people are missed here.
