 | You Are Building A Website • I will build website(s), and not simply use your servers for file storage.
• I have plans for my website(s), and am able to describe them in a short paragraph (3-4 sentences).
• I understand that hosting is not instant. If I need my hosting urgently, I need to contact you after signup.
• Sites designed largely for streaming video or audio are also not allowed. Rare exceptions are granted.

 | You Are Responsible • All information I enter is valid and correct to the full extent of my knowledge, and I take full legal responsibility for my access to the site, and any consequences thereof.
• I will never attempt to damage any servers or features. I will report any server or website vulnerabilities I discover.
• I understand that my access to this site can be removed at any time for any reason. Usually I will receive a warning, however I understand that sometimes this will not be the case.
• I have read your Privacy Policy (very short too), and agree to the terms outlined there.

 | You Will Place Our Advertising • I understand that your hosting is supported by advertising, and agree to place advertising on my website.
• I have read the Advertising Rules to ensure I will be in full compliance.

 | Your Website Has Clean Content • My website benefits the world.
• It will not house any copyright material, unless I have gained the appropriate permission or license from the person involved. Full copyright policy.
• My website is non-abusive. This includes fraud, phishing, spam, or any malicious software/code.
• My website does not contain adult content.
• My website does not promote racism, genocide, terrorism, or similar.
• In the case my website has live or user-submitted content, I agree to monitor and fix any violations in this content as necessary.

 | This Is Your ONLY Account • This is my only IsMyWebsite account, allowing me to host an unlimited number of websites. If I am having difficulty accessing my account, I will use the Forgot Password feature, or send you an email. In no case should I open a second account without written permission from you.
• Should I no longer be interested in using your service at any point in the future, I agree to delete my account, and provide feedback about my experience with your host as part of this process. I understand this is the only way to terminate this agreement.
